Return and refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Bookish Rituals! We take pride in our curated collections and want you to be perfectly happy with your order.

1. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns on our Color-based and Themed Bundles within 7 days of delivery.
- To be eligible, items must be in their original, unopened condition and packaging.
- As these are pre-assembled sets, the bundle must be returned in its entirety (all items included in the set).

2. Damaged or Wrong Items
If any item in your bundle arrives damaged or if you received the wrong set (e.g., you ordered a "Pink Color Bundle" but received a "Blue" one), please contact us immediately at bookishrituals@gmail.com. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

3. Shipping for Returns
If you simply changed your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned bundle, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
